# Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for Meritorious Sportspersons and as per rules for Ex-Servicemen.
Cost to Company (CTC): 3.66 Lakhs per annum (approximately) including Pay and Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Free Medical Facility, LTA, CPF, Gratuity etc.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Junior Nurse: Qualification: Should be SSC/Matric with Diploma in General Nursing and
Midwifery OR B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized University / Institute. Ex- Servicemen with equivalent qualification may also apply.
    Experience:    Post qualification experience of 3 years in any Central / State Govt/ Corporate / Industrial Hospital. Preference will be given for candidates having experience in Operation Theatre.
Operation Theatre Assistant:
    Qualification: Should be Intermediate (10+2) with Operation Theatre Technician Course / Anesthesia Technician Course / MPHW from a recognized University / Institute.
    Experience: Post qualification experience of 3 years in Operation Theatre of any Central / State Govt. / Corporate / Industrial Hospital.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection will be through written test followed by job test and/or interview to be held at Visakhapatnam.

•    300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only). SC/ST candidates are exempted from this payment.
•    Application fees must be deposited at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan.    No other form of payment is accepted.

•    Candidates have to pay maximum bank commission @ 25/- per Challan for depositing fees at other than SBI, Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam, Branch Code 6318.
•    Candidates must fill-up the SBI Branch name, Branch Code, candidate’s name and date of birth carefully in the Challan and sign at the place Deposited by __________.
•    Candidates should mention in the appropriate column in the application form the details of SBI branch, Branch code, City, date of deposit and the Journal Number.
•    Candidates should submit original counterfoil of the Challan (VSP copy) along with their Applications.
•    Application fees once deposited into RINL’s account will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the candidate is rejected on scrutiny or application not received in time due to postal delay / loss.
•    The candidate should retain his/her copy of the counterfoil of the Challan for further reference.

1.    Candidates employed in PSU / Govt. / Quasi-Govt. organizations should produce NOC at the time of interview.
2. To & fro rail fare (Sleeper Class) by the shortest route will be reimbursed for attending interview on production of proof of journey. No Travelling Allowance will be paid for appearing in the written test/job test.
3.
